As Director and Founding Principal Architect, Deepak Kaushik has led the firm on a pursuit of excellence. Prior to launching Design Paradise, he worked with the Singapore-based international design firm and spearheaded a design team in India. He has also served his tenure at Eros Group as an architect, where he gained experience on various architectural and town planning projects while working closely with US-based eKON Design International for the development of Lakewood City and Global Business Park. Over the course of his 20-year career, he has been involved in the planning and design of a wide variety of projects such as healthcare facilities, hotels, corporate offices, embassy’s, cinemas, restaurants and residences.
Mr Kaushik has executed some well-appreciated projects including The Cradle Boutique Birthing Centre for Apollo Hospital Group, Gurgaon Institute of Technology and Management, corporate office design for Paytm & One97 Communications (covering an area of 400k sq. ft.), 350-bedded OM hospital at Nepal, Apollo speciality hospitals including dental and cosmetic surgery centres. Some other projects are Apollo Hospitals at Delhi, Hyderabad and Bangalore, Saroj Heart Institute, Moolchand Medcity and Sehgal Neo Hospital, Star City Cinema, Angsana Resort, Northern Gate Restaurant, Danish Embassy & Ambassador’s Residence, Dialysis Centres of Apollo CGHS, Apollo International Schools at various locations across India.
He holds a B. Arch. Degree from Indian Institute of Architects, Mumbai and is currently a member of Council of Architects and an Associate of Indian Institute of Architects.
As a Director of Design Paradise, Reshma Kaushik has over 20 years of international experience in the field of interior design. Prior to joining, she was appointed as an AGM in Apollo Health and Lifestyle Limited and also served her tenure by leading a team of designers in the Singapore-based international design firm.
Her expertise includes designing of various segments of interiors such as healthcare and hospitality, including various facilities such as hospitals, speciality clinics, F&B outlets, discothèques, pubs, restaurants, food courts, health spas, residences and corporate offices. Some of her well-admired projects including The Cradle Boutique Birthing Centre for Apollo Hospital, Fortis La Femme hospital, Moolchand Medcity, Taj Gateway hotel, Crown Plaza NFC hotel, Goa Renaissance, the corporate office of Apollo Tyres and over 80 clinics of Apollo hospitals, Apollo Pharmacies in India and abroad.
She has specialised in Master Planning of healthcare projects, hospitality design, retail segment and corporate offices. She has been instrumental in changing the trend of healthcare architectural landscape of India. She has pioneered the concept of corporate hospitals in India with world-class amenities and the patient-friendly environment by delivering critically acclaimed projects such as Apollo Cradle, Saroj Heart Institute and Moolchand Medcity.
She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Delhi. She also holds a diploma in interior designing from Women’s Polytechnic Maharani Bagh, New Delhi.
